Monarch Media called the PSP in Potter County this morning at 11:27am after there was no police report released about this incident.
The PSP said that the matter was still under investigation, and that they had no comment.
The man’s name in the BMW is Scott Leland from Florida, who lives across from where Erway’s farm used to be, and is originally from Florida, according to reports by local community members.
Leland asked Jennifer Flynn to help him unload supplies from moving from Florida to Potter County, and said he would pay her–he hasn’t paid her yet, and the wallet has not been returned, according to reports.
Jennifer Flynn was then questioned at length. Flynn says she did not steal the wallet, and has not gotten paid for helping Mr. Leland.
Scott Leland reportedly told Jennifer Flynn that HIS wallet got stolen, according to this text message between the two parties yesterday 5/3/26 at 11:31am:

The police are investigating Jennifer Flynn, who was working for Scott Leland, and said she did not steal the wallet, and was in Mr. Leland’s BMW in the Tractor & Supply parking lot for the entire two hours that Mr. Leland spent in the store, according to Flynn.
Mr. Scott Leland was contacted by Monarch Media by phone, but did not return a voicemail message as of 12:52pm 5/4/2026.
When contacted by phone at 1:13pm on 5/4/2026, a Tractor & Supply employee, said that his manager was in a meeting and could not be contacted for a comment on the matter.
