Coudersport Elementary students were out and about on Thursday, April 30th, in the afternoon, and were greeted with beeps and honks from appreciative cars and trucks going by. The children were laughing and screaming with joy at the noises that the larger trucks made, described by one community member as a “Cute Parade.”
