On Wednesday, July 1st, at approximately 5pm, Republican Senator Dave McCormick will stop briefly at three sites in Coudersport, as a part of an America 250 Celebration Tour of the Northern Tier Counties.

Senator McCormick will visit the Eliot Ness Museum, hosted by Stephen Green and members of the Potter County 250 Committee.

The leadership and team of the Potter County America 250 Committee is Ilene Altenhein of the Daughters of the Revolution (DAR), Allegewi Chapter, and David Castano, President, Potter County Historical Society (PCHS), with their volunteer team.

The second stop will be at the Arboretum, with a photo-op in front of the Veteran’s Memorial. Borough officials and Potter County Republican Committee Chairman Don Kudrick and the Potter County Commissioners will join Senator McCormick at this site.

The final stop will be the St. Eulalia Cemetery.

Members of the Cemetery Board will greet him there with a photo-op at the Olmstead Mausoleum.

Senator McCormick’s visit will take approximately one hour and 15 minutes.

His earlier stops will be in Emporium, with a tentative visit to Austin, where he will meet with town officials, and a photo-op at the Austin Dam Overlook along Route 872.
