DEMOCRATS:
Results of the Primary 2026 show Josh Shapiro and Austin Davis, both running unopposed, will be the Democratic Candidates for Governor and Lieutenant Governor, respectively.
Austin Davis’ historic victory made him the state’s first Black Lieutenant Governor and the youngest sitting Lieutenant Governor in the United States.
Ray Bilger was on the ballot in 18 counties and will be the Democratic Candidate for US House of Representatives.
District 15:
Zach Ware was elected by Cameron, McKean and Potter Counties to be the Democratic Candidate for State House District 67.
Dennis Goodenough was elected as the Representative to PA Democratic Statewide Committee.
Voting by mail accounted for nearly half of the Democratic vote.
REPUBLICANS:
In the Pennsylvania primary, incumbent Glenn Thompson won the Republican primary for the U.S. House of Representatives in District 15.
Joshua Kail secured the Republican nomination for the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives in District 15.
Stacy Garrity will be the Republican nomination for Governor of PA.
Jason Richey will be the Republican nomination for Lieutenant Governor of PA.
Kimberly Kudrick was elected as the Republican State Committee Representative.
