Public’s help and attention wanted.

There are reports of someone abusing stray cats in Coudersport. Please call your local police with any information. This is a crime.

I had a cat near Carp Park that appeared to have its face hit with something. I took the stray cat to the emergency vet in Olean which I was told it was too far gone to be saved.

There is a confirmed report of another cat with a dislocated jaw from Rubbertown. Receiving vet care.

There are two confirmed reports of poisoned cats a block near the post office that died.

There has been additional rumors about abuse that I have not been able to confirm.

Any information please report it to police.
