On this blustery fall November Voting Day around 1pm, in the back of the ambulance bay in Coudersport, Anthony Cowburn is running for Borough Council in Ward 1, and he wants, “our voices to be heard,” he said. Cowburn added that he was looking for support, and that all of the candidates were “great.”

Chris Wilson, also running for Borough Council, Ward 1, was quick to announce that she, too, is running for Borough Council Ward 1, and is currently serving in that position. “We’re all trying to get our voices heard,” she said, while handing out flyers and leaflets.

Some other “supporters” were campaigning for James Babcock for Tax Collector, and said that he is “endorsed” by Theresa Kisiel, the current Tax Collector.
