Natasha Rudinski, sister of Joshua Rudinski, wanted in this case, posted on FB 6/23/2026:
To my Pennsylvania friends: I am sure a few of you may have seen the news already. If you have seen my brother, Josh, please treat him with kindness and let my family know. He may be off his bipolar medication and is having an episode. Mental health matters, and at the end of the day he is still a human being. I ask for your kindness in this matter. Thank you.

3:15PM MONARCH MEDIA CONTACTED THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE BY PHONE:
Before I even got all of my identifying information out, and before I even said which case I was inquiring about, the Officer answering the phone blurted loudly:
Officer: “I am not going to give out any more information about this at this time!”
MM: “Germania?”
Officer: “Yes. We are not giving any information out.”
MM: “Why not? Don’t you think people deserve to know? What about a press release?”
Officer: “We will put out a press release as soon as the officer catches up and gets back to his desk.”

ALERT
Potential violent man on the run from PA state police in Germania area since last night. 6/22/26. Helicopter and dogs being used. This I know. Other details I don’t know any facts. I’ve heard some comments and they are not good, so I won’t post them. But NOTHING seems to of been made public yet. So I will be the one who warns all my neighbors.
If something happened to a neighbor and I knew but didn’t warn them, well …that would be wrong.
On that note, check game cams and be on alert.
I will also say, I wouldn’t want to be on the run in Germania. This fella won’t last if he approaches anyone in this town.
I personally saw a huge police presence behind Chalmers old place on crippen run rd.”
I am calling the State Police right now to see if they will tell me anything.
Jess
